The support assistant lets you enter a question, an email address, and optional details. That information stays in your browser session and is cleared when you close the assistant or reload the page. Desktop wallet information

Dapper Wallet Desktop uses the account, asset, network, and activity information needed to show its Discover, Collection, Tokens, and Activity views. This may include account identifiers, public wallet addresses, native-asset balances, collectible media and metadata, and transaction history associated with the supported networks. The website itself does not read your wallet holdings. Information recorded on a public blockchain may remain visible there independently of this site or app.

Account access and any wallet or network service used by the desktop application may have additional terms and notices. Consult them for details about custody, backup, and key storage. Never share recovery phrases or private keys through this website, email, or a third-party checkout.

Partners and outgoing links

Discover may lead to a participating marketplace or payment partner for a purchase. The partner sets the available assets, price, payment methods, eligibility, and any information it asks you to provide. Its privacy notice governs information you give it during checkout. The Partner Directory and social links also lead to independent sites with their own practices.

How information is used and shared

Information needed for the website or desktop views is used to provide the requested feature, maintain its operation, and address security or technical issues. Information entered in the support assistant stays in your browser session; it is not sent to Dapper or used for advertising. Checkout information is handled by the partner you visit, not by this website.

Retention and your choices

Your consent preference stays in local storage until you reset it or clear browser data. Support-assistant entries remain only in the current page session and are cleared when you close the chat or reload the page. The site host may retain routine access and security logs under its own retention practices. Public blockchain records may persist after an app is removed or a browser preference is cleared.

You can reset the site's saved preference, close the support assistant, or leave a partner site before providing information there. For information held by a checkout or other external provider, use that provider's privacy controls. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of information held about you. Use the site and desktop wallet only where lawful and with accounts and assets you are authorized to access. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, misuse another person's content or identity, or present yourself as Dapper Labs or a listed partner. You are responsible for the information and actions you enter into any external checkout or network transaction.

Product scope

Dapper Wallet Desktop organizes Flow digital collectible cards, selected NFTs on Flow, Ethereum, and Solana, and native BTC, ETH, SOL, and FLOW balances through Discover, Collection, Tokens, and Activity views. Support for a named network does not mean that every token, NFT, contract, or marketplace on that network is available. Product information may change as networks, partners, and supported assets change; check the relevant details before acting.

Partners, purchases, and fees

The website does not sell digital assets or process checkout. Discover may direct you to a participating provider, and the Partner Directory links to independent businesses. A provider decides its own prices, availability, eligibility, payment methods, fees, and transaction terms. Review those terms and the asset description before confirming a purchase. A directory listing does not promise that a provider is integrated with Dapper Wallet Desktop or that its service will be available to you.

Digital-asset activity and risk

Digital assets can change in value, become unavailable through a service, or carry rights that differ from the artwork or media they display. A collectible or token listing is information about an asset, not investment advice, a guaranteed return, or a promise of resale. Blockchain actions may be difficult or impossible to reverse once confirmed. Check the asset, destination, network, provider, and any displayed charges before approving a transaction. This site does not guarantee the value, authenticity, or future availability of a third-party listing.

Accounts and access

Keep your account credentials and any recovery material required by an applicable wallet service private. Dapper will not ask you to provide a recovery phrase through this site's support assistant or a directory profile. Access to an account or network may depend on its own rules and availability.

Site content and availability

Product text, graphics, software, and brand elements are protected by their respective rights holders. You may use the site for its intended personal or business-information purpose, but may not copy the brand or site content in a way that suggests an unauthorized association. We may change, pause, or stop a feature, asset listing, partner link, or part of the site. We aim to keep information accurate, but availability and third-party details may change.

Limits and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and application are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, a particular asset outcome, or continued support for any third-party service. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revised version is posted means the revised terms apply to later use.
